They were respectful, patient and consistently pleasant — even when they had to dismantle and reassemble the old-style medical bed that was too large for the elevators to accommodate. It was a painstaking task.
In addition, they always smiled, which is especially notable, considering the grueling heat of the day. I would like to personally commend them for their efficiency, courtesy and professionalism. They distinguished themselves and your company.
